Golden brown ale. A collaboration with Ben & Jerry's. Whipped hefty doses of chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla into a dough-hued blonde ale base. The result is a full-bodied beer that seduces with a perfect balance of vanilla and chocolate, and finishes with just the right amount of sweetness.

Bottle. When poured it looks like a regular lager, golden with a small quickly disappearing head. That’s where the similarity stops. Aroma is vanilla, with hints of a yeasty smell. Taste is also vanilla and does taste like cookie dough but it is not overly sweet. It’s actually pretty good.

That's very, it's very complicated. It's aromatic, it's got chemical kickers and I don't get any one of the flavors listed. I'm trying.

Golden with a white head - Malt aroma with some choolate notes - Sweet cokkie flavour with choclate and vanilla - The sweet vailla, choclate flavour goes into the finish - This was interesting and quite nice

bottle - Gold pour, aroma of malt and... dough I guess. The flavor is sweet with chocolate, malt, and vanilla. Hops presence is very minimal. Medium bodied.

Bottle. A lightly hazy orange colored beer with a small white head. Lots of cookie dough and vanilla on the nose, caramel and fruityness too. It’s medium to full bodied with a nice carbonation level. Sweet flavour with caramel and vanilla and a peachy touch. Some bitterness. Lasting sweet, vanilla finish. Nothing impressive going on here. Think a stout would be a better base for a beer like this. 170413

Gulbrun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter kakedeig, brunt sukker og sirup. Middels fylde.

Too much, and neither refreshing nor appetizing.

355 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma feels mostly like artificial adjuncts known from various candy sweets. Flavor feels rather artificial as well, I got a flashback from my childhood drinking something called “champagnebrus”. How to describe? Fruity urban, spicy with some artificial vanilla and almost no bitterness. Not all bad, but messy and not much of a beer, mostly a novelty.
