@RBBWG2014. Thanks DomienS! Amber golden colour. A lot of carbonation. Nose of honey, dry and bitter aftertaste. Hoppy beer with some tartness.

75cl bouteille @ RBBWG III, thanks Domien. Cuivrée trouble, col épais crémeux beige. Arôme offre une pointe surette malté moyen assez faible avec qcq effluves houblonnées. Palais garde ici aussi des notes de pelure de pomme, possible phénol, caramel résiduel avec un léger côté levure sauvage, brett. Sec et poussiéreux sur la fin. Le tout semble dominé par un caractère malté caramel plus poussé. Niveau levure, je note aussi ce côté aigrelet qui rappelle une petite touche Orvalesque belge. Houblonné reste noble avec qcq notes citronnées.

Clear red orange beer, big fluffy creamy light beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, bit spicy, floral touch, earthy notes, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, bit sweet, caramel, some mocha, bit musty, mouldy, sugar. Aftertaste: very bitter, dried fruits, little sourish, nice hops, some grapefruit.

75 cl. botte split with Kraddel. Procured from De Hopduvel in Gent. Darker amber, creamy off-white head. Smells pretty funky, strawberry, fermenting strawberry, barn fruity, malty, herbal, lovely funk,… Taste is herbal, pretty funky, lightly boozy, grapes, fermenting strawberries, red grapes faint brett, barn, pretty vinous, tannins, old wood, lightly boozy, cough drops, herbs,… Thicker malt body, pretty interesting sour, I can see this going really well with food.

pours dark amber, big white foam smells intresting . brett , peppery taste is brett , some sour-ish back, but not to intence. pretty creamy back much brett , and a bitter aspect to it as well its very intresting, but not that great
