Yeast, a touch of banana, spice and citrus on the nose. A really lively saison with juicy citrus hops, fruit rind, yeast, grass, and some grain. Stays fruity but dry in the mouth. Well blended with lots going on for a 4.7% ABV offering.

Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a hazy yellow pour, with a huge white head. Very grassy, lots f soft spices and very floral and herby. Mouth feel is crisp, and clean, with a lovely carb. Medium bitterness, incredible sessionable, clean and refreshing with loads of grassy, and soft spicy notes. Just finished mowing the lawn, and this is awesome.

Decent saison, could use more body for a fuller mouthfeel. But it is clean, with a slightly high bitterness for the style. Duke of york toronto

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet estery notes, with subdued rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is crisp, with dry hoppiness, saison yeast and a crisp biscuity malt base. Rather bitter for the style, but it's competently done. Solid.

Amber, biscuity, has a lot of bitterness, the yeast is pretty clean...kind of like hoppy amber, which surprises me.

Bottle @ Malt & Mold tasting. Slightly cloudy golden with small frothy white head, honey aroma, medium carbonation, mildly earthy taste with after aftertaste, smooth body, longish finish. Smooth and easy to drink.

Pours a hazy light-golden colour with frothy head, great retention and some dirty creamy lace. Saison aromas of citrus notes with the Belgian Ale yeast, fresh grassy hops and mild sourness with hints of coriander. The taste is lighter with a small sharp hoppy notes. The grainy malt is nicely fresh and a backbone to this beer. Since the flavours a milder, the hop seem to show up a little more in this one. A nice dryer Saison.

A hazed golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light herbaceous character, light grapefruit, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
