A well laced off-white head on a bark brown body. Nose is roasted coffee, choc and carmel malt. Another solid, well balanced stout from Beaus. The roasted coffee is complimented by dark chocolate, caramel malt, brown sugar, mineral water and ripe cherries.

Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a dark brown with red hues, and a big beige head. Nice roast, subtle sweetness, the cherry is incredibly soft and low key, actually a little tough to find. A nice roasty milk stout with some soft cherry sweetness. Low bitterness, hints of cocoa I the end, with solid roasty coffee notes. I dig it, subtle but tasty.

This milk stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, light brown head. Fantastic lacing. Weak bouquet. Managed to find a little molasses, coffee and a tiny bit of smoke. First swig was lighter than expected. Flavours of dark roast coffee, molasses and the slightest hint of cherries. Finish is burnt and lightly smokey that lasted forever.

Pours a dark copper colour with ruby-brown highlights. The mocha-coloured head is creamy, long lasting with decent lacing. Full chocolate aromas at first with the roasted malts appearing later. The cherries are present, but seem to pop up here and there, but not too strong. A nice sweetness from the oats and milk. The taste shows some sourness from the cherries with the roasted malts lingering, giving burnt wood hints. Not bad, but wish the cherries would show more. And maybe a little more sweetness in the taste. Goes down easily though.

A dark reddish copper brown stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with coffee grind, light cherry notes, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light cherry notes, light fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Bottle from the LCBO. Clear deep burgundy with a generous fluffy beige head that lingers. Nose is roast, chocolate and coffee with some cherry and mineral notes. Flavour is lightly sweet with a medium- dark chocolate and coffee bitterness and the cherry lending a light tartness in the middle and finish. Mouth is medium and creamy though a bit thinner than expected with soft carbonation. Best of the Tom Green line so far. 7/4/8/3/15
