Crisp, ever so slightly hazy red and amber coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, nuts, light earth and a touch of mellow grassy hops. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong toasted malt flavours at first with a big dose of grain and earth along with some sweetness from the caramel and very little else. Aftertaste shows the grain and a bit of earthiness from the malt along with some light fruit flavours and a touch of residual sweetness at the tail end. Overall, a decent beer with some subtle flavours that goes down quite easily, but doesn't have much complexity or robust flavours, which to be honest, is expected. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 24-February-2018 for US$3,25 sampled along the streets of New York on 25-February-2018.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt dark orange almost amber color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that held and faded at a good pace. Some stringy lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of roasted nuttiness, nice and clean caramel maltiness, and then a touch of some grassy hops for balance.
The flavor leans initially towards the sweetness of the malts but tried to bring in the hops somewhat in a bitter fashion but honestly, they stay more in the background. Nicely blended aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and the ABV felt fine.
Overall, one of the better offerings by this brewery. I could come back to this.
