Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Black pour with small thin tanned ring head. Sweet and light roasted malty with some prominent rich opulent chocolate, some nice nutty accents of hazelnut, nutty, cocoa, caramel, a nice vanilla caress into the close. Lovely.

Delicious Impy stout, massive and chewy with a texture reminiscent of spiked hot chocolate. Aroma is straight Nutella, maybe a little alcohol in the background. Mr. Westbrook isn’t lying about the hazelnut part--takes a little while for it to develop, but once it does, the beer takes on a deliriously nutty bent, semisweet and decadent yet never growing overwhelming syrupy. Hazelnut only grows as it warms, bolstered by chocolate and vanilla rounding out the edges. Finishes moderately sweet, yet a noticeable hoppy slant keeps the brew from growing cloy. Lovely.

Draught @ Milk & Hops - Chelsea. Inky black wirh very small frothy beige head, mocha aroma laced with alcohol, low carbonation, sweetish mocha taste with strong nuts and alcohol influence, thin body, long sweetish finish with alcohol aftertaste. The strong alcohol content is not well contained.
