Nearly a dozen types of malts and grains go into this FORCE-full, American Imperial Stout. Hints of coffee, tastes of dark fruit, and a subtle chocolate background make this Stout the perfect brew to welcome the Winter months. Brewed solely during the onset of the colder months, this one-time-a-year release will make you come over to the dark side... of beer.

At Rich’s Massive Cellar Emptying Tasting. 12/2013 deep black with a rusty tan he. Imperial Stout trooper New England is deep black with a rusty tan head. The nose is a meaty savory umami, pitted fruits & cacao. Licorice, bitter dark chocolate and some berry fruits in the finish. 2013 Past it’s best I think but still damn good.

Arom has got notes of milk chocolate, nuts and mild christmasy spices. Taste is quite mild for a beer with notes of coffee, milk chocolate and salmiak. Very soft texture.
