Bottle at tasting. Aroma of tart, berries, sourness and oak. Taste has berries, soft oaky sourness and a dry tartness. Simple, but effective.

Bottled 750ml. Slightly hazy orange, small white head. Aroma has fruity tartness. Some riped fruits. Light. Tart flowery, mouthpuckering. Elderflower is there! Not so much oak. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Tom L. Hazy yellow-golden. Great funky aroma with lots of elderflower, some citrus, oak. Sour flavor, funky, floral, with elderflower, fruity, very citric, lemony, some oak, a bit herbal. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

freshly cut flower drenched in honey and lemon. Extremely crazy honey and flowery mouth. The blossoms totally dominate. Not for everyone but I liked it.

Bottle, Lovely clear gold with a a white head that fades but reappears with a light swirl. A; Damp laundry funk with old lemons and elderflowers, apricots and their stones. Kefir-like texture. Not very sour but quite funky with apricots, hay lemon and clearer elderflower than the aroma. Has that slight green capsicum aspect to it but I still don’t mind it. Wondered whether it needed to be a little tarter at the end. It’s dry enough not to _need_ it but a little more would have been nice.

Pours pale amber with a small head.Nose shows elderflower, heavy funk, little else.Flavours include more elderflower and a solid acidity. A bit of lemon behind along with the expected funk.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear orange amber colour with a white foam head that quickly dissipates away. Aroma of elderflower, citric zest, funk. Taste is sour lemon rind, elderflowers, sweet fruity cordial, with tangy and barnyard funky notes. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle, enjoyed one year after bottling. Pours slightly cloudy, light golden, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is brilliant farmhouse, hay, bretty wood and floral notes with elderflowers. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart farmhouse notes with hay, berries and fruit peel, bretty floral notes, elderflowers and wooden barrels. Lots of layers of beautifully balanced brilliance.
