330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Definite eucalyptus. Add malts. Not much of a Triple though maybe some yeast under the eucalyptus. Unique though and I would have another.

Now I've finally tried all the Trappist breweries, whew. Not to be confused with some forgettable brewery with a similar name... Anyway, very nice Tripel but thinner than desired. Uses eucalyptus leaves but I'm not too familiar with the taste, so 🤔

Bottle at The Monk Brugge. Cloudy orange dirty colour lasting cream head. minty aroma. not much of a tripel due to the overpowering eucalyptus. some toffee sweetness like eating a mint toffee sweet. nope not for me not horrible. the eucalyptus is quite refreshing and works well with the toffee . it's well done I have to admit. oh crap I am going to have to do a turn around here I thought it a gimmick a clash but you know what? it works

330 ml bottle, at Cafe Chic Oldschool, Hjørring. Served in St. Feuillien glass. ABV 8.5%. My first Italian Trappist beer. Orange colour, white head. Nice aroma of spicy Trappist yeast, also fruity and vinous notes. Only a hint of eucalyptus. Lovely vinous and spicy flavour, notes of raisins / sultanas, hints of eucalyptus. Will happily buy again.

330ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from Beautiful Beers and drunk at home. Dark almost reddish gold and clear with a large ring of off-white head. Sweet spicy aroma - some pepper and honey - with light yeast. Bittersweet herbal taste with more honey, some stewed fruit, capsicum. Peppery and fruity notes in the aftertaste. Heavy carbonation. This is pretty special indeed.
