This sweet, roasty beast of a RIS is brewed with cocao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. To this we added a TON of Rye Malt, giving it some very beautiful spicy notes.

Bottle shared at Alex's birthday. Pours a deep brown with a finger of lingering beige foam. Big cacao nib forward nose with cinnamon, sorghum and vanilla oak aromas. Smooth on the palate with more of the same as the nose. Booze is there, but not overly boozy. Lingering chocolate and vanilla on the finish.

Brewdog Shoreditch. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, slightly oily looking. Small tan head. Palate is smooth and a little viscous. Modest fine carbonation. Rich dark chocolate laden malts, some chocolate cake and a vague mint vibe. Dark malt cream and a trace of fudge. Smooth finish. Simple but tasty stuff.
