Dark beer, almost black with creamy and brown foam. Rich and powerful beer with a very long after-taste. Very complex and still soft aroma. The high level of alcohol is very subtlety hidden. It is prepared with strongly roasted malt which gives its very special taste.

Traumstoff!

Chestnut brown, with a big, even head. Deep, dark fruitiness on the nose - fig, cherry, toffee, raisin. On the palate, soft and smooth, with rich dark fruitiness and soft, sweet sugars, cut by just a touch of alcohol. Big and complex, but smooth, creamy and balanced. Yum.

Flesje thuis gedronken. Diep donkerbruin helder bier met rode gloed. Het schuim blijft als sluier liggen. Aroma van pruimen en caramel. Smaak is fruitig en zoet. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours rather dark brown, with some reddish reflections, and with whitish foam. Aroma is rich: licorice, molasses. But not strong in intensity. Body is markedly carbonated and dense, with some stickiness too. Taste is deliberately very sweet. Feels like drinking liquid sugar. Finish has some persistent sweetness.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear dark ruby-brown, big beige head. Strong fruity and vinous aroma, just a touch of dark sugars. The taste is nice blend of dried dates, port wine, almonds and spicy warming alcohol. Full-bodied yet easy to drink. Excellent.
