This one-off IPA is brewed to showcase one of the most distinctive and expressive hop varieties developed by the Hop Breeding Company in recent years, alongside a staple of the craft beer world. Sabro has quickly captured the imagination through a unique and unusual flavour profile, encompassing everything from key lime pie to fresh mint, while Citra is renowned for consistency of quality.

440ml can. Hazy golden colour, white foamy head leaving lacing and aroma of pineapple, juicy citrus hop. Taste is malt, caramel, oats with zesty fruity, citrus, coconut hint and woody hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft cabonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with Tderoeck. Dorée léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez fruité et bien tropical avec de belles effluves d'agrumes - note un peu renfermée de houblons, rétro léger malté. Palais est léger, grains avec petite touche houblonnée, sec tout au long, agrumes et citron vert, petite touche d'épicé au niveau de la levure et fin de bouche frôlant légèrement avec la neipa.

Can at home from on-line store. Thanks to Cloin for sourcing. Pours murky orange gold with a decent white cap. Aroma is tangerine, pineapple, little coconut, a little dank hop. Taste is punchy pineapple abd tangerine giving quite a sharp hit. Hint of coconut adds sweetness leading to a dry bitter finish as the hops kick in. Good stuff.

440ml can. Murky golden, big white head. Aroma of pineapple, coconut. Taste is juicy, light sweet, coconut, pineapple, grapefruit, slight pithy. Medium body, soft and smooth. Another really nice use of Sabro.

PRetty cloudy blond to light beige beer, dense creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit malty, nice dank hops, tropical fruits, onions, diesel, fruity, citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: resinous hops, very dank, citrus, tropical fruits, sweaty feet, more dank hops, lovely. Aftertaste: dry, citrus, some grapefruit, onions, dank hops, resinous, nice stuff!

Can sourced from Kihoskh and shared at home - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Vibrant fruity with notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, citrus rind, nice juiciness, smooth mouthfeel and medium body, assertive hoppy finish. Really liking the sabro hop profile
