17th November 2017 Waterloo Tap. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Hops bring a light piney tangerine and tangerine peel. Mild lime and mild hop spice. Touch of grapefruit on the back end. Light finish. A really nice showcase for this NZ hop and a really nice beer, a great medley of citrus without the orangey assault of the big US hops.

13th April 2019 Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, nice light creamy sweetness, As an intense a Wai Iti hop experience as I can recall. Jonah said this batch was amazing, he wasn't kidding! Lime and bigger lime peel well integrated with slightly tangy mandarin and tangerine. Light pine. Very mild spice. Light finish. Very tasty. Can we have a Wai Iti IPA please guys?

Keg at EoE. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a big white head. The aroma is fresh, musty, green, hessian, hop sack, grassy, bit if barnyard, dried leaves and citrus streak. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, green, grassy, herbal, floral, pithy, zesty, citrus, white bread, cracker, peppery spice and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit different than their usual fair. Well rounded. Decent.

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 17/11/17. Light golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pissy lemon, floral notes, grains, tangy citric shreds, light bread dough. Taste comprises juicy citric peel, pinch of white peppery spice, breads, light herb, lemon rind, tangy melon flesh. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with dusty come earthy hop bitterness. OK APA ... not a fan of this hop particularly.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy dirty gold brown colour lasting thin white head. Tropical fruit aroma, oranges, tangerines, mango, passionfruit. Decent malt backbone with a little caramel. Light bitterness. More tropical fruit in the mouth. Yes a very drinkable pale ale.
