500ml bottle from Scrattings. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, white bubbly head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity, pear, juniper, mucky. Taste is pear, fruity, elderflower, sweetish, with then drying citric tartness along with slight funk. Light bodied, soft carbonation, very dry mouth-puckering tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle. Pours a misty pale yellow. Aroma is floral, fragrant, fruity, gooseberry perhaps. Taste is medium to light bodied, drying with a natural light sparkle, light floral bitter character, thin fruity perry pear.. I get the milky notes described below, but dries out alongside the light elderflower before lingering too long to be off-putting. Perhaps a little too dry for me, but it's pleasant enough on this evening of the hottest day of the year so far.

75cl bottle. This one is 6.9%. Appearance - almost clear white/water in colour. A hint of yellow, just. Steady bubbles. Nose - farmyard funky note up front, then bruised apples. Not getting as much pear as apple. Taste - initial hit is of apple skin, but then the sweet pear note comes through and takes over. Palate - light bodied, but intense including carbonation. Fairly sweet in the middle but finishes dry enough. Overall - good.

750ml bottle from Middle Farm. It pours pale yellow-green with a tiny bubbly white head. The nose is soft, fruity, pear, apple skin, mild barnyard/funk and straw. The taste is smooth, apple, elderflower, fresh pear, touch of earth and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and minimal carbonation. alcohol is very well hidden. Smooth and easy-going.

Sampled from bottle @ Dutch Chili Fest, Eindhoven. Clear very pale yellow color, no head. Aroma has something weird I canโ€™t put my finger on, but itโ€™s not offensive at all. Taste has pear of course, but also slightly winey though it also resembles some sodaโ€™s. Quite nice actually.
