Keg in the Windmill during BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Pitch black with decent tan edgeing. Nose is rich chocolate, dark fruit rinds, vanilla, spice, bourbon. Taste comprises chocolate cake, dark fruit, booze, sticky toffee. Full bodied, oily feel, light booze rising as a boost. Solid impy work ... well balanced.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ De Molen during Borefts 2015. Day 1. Black, small mocha head. Nose is pure mocha, chocolate milk, caramel, lactose, super creamy & sweet. Taste is lightly bitter mocha ice cream, lactose, sweet milk chocolate, mocha, ice cream, light coffee,… Super creamy. Wonderful. Apparently Cascade is not just good at sours, great to know.

Keg at de molen boefts. Aroma is sweet creme caramel, vanilla caramel, brown sugar. Some nice coconut on the nose. Flavour is composed of full on coconut, creme caramel, toasted marshmallow, brown sugar. Palate is sticky sweet, syrup, moderately to high carbonation. Hint of maple syrup.

Draught @ De Molen during Borefts 2015. Opaque pitch black color, average to medium sized light brown head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, roast, liquor, bourbon, lightly vanilla. Taste malts, lightly roasted malts, bourbon, again vanilla lightly, mocha, oak, chocolate, lightly alcohol, bitter finish. Full body, medium carbonation. Wonderful!

Clear pitch black beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of sweet caramel sauce (the ice cream topping), that's pretty much it, just lots of caramel. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: lots and lots of caramel, roasted, sourish, alcohol, bit yeasty. Aftertaste: sour, roasted, caramel, charcoal, some alcohol.
