Bottle from LDW drinks, Eke. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Sweet nose of caramel and banana. Harsh bitter finish, not balanced. Belgian yeast and banana. Ok but not very well balanced.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro, as Hop Collection. Clear golden with big white head. Marzipan, flowers, sugary, lots of herbs, grassy hops, chicory, quite some alcohol. Quite sweet, with alcoholic bitter finish. Full bodied with dry and thin alcoholic finish. Decent beer, but this is just high alcohol for the sake of it, would be way better if less boozy.

(Bottle, Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels, 17 Oct 2015, as "Slaapmutske Hop Collection East Kent Goldings") Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, resin, slightly earthy hops and vinous aromas of alcohol. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of resin, citrus, burnt rubber and a sweetish finish with a generous earthy bitterness. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made with a generous hop presence and a warming alcohol glow. Nice one.
