Gedronken tijdens een weekend Brugge eerder dit jaar. Goudgeel helder bier met wit schuim. Moutig geur van banaan en kruiden. Smaak is fruitig en kruidig iets hoppig in de afdronk. De fruitige smaak blijft even hangen.

Tap 20cl. @bier museum Brugge. Clear medium golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma grain, yeast, light banana, coriander, ginger, herbs. Taste medium sweet and bitter, grainy, coriander, quite herbal, good duration, sweetbitter and spicy finish. Medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation, nice fresh atypical tripel.

Sampled draft @ Bierfestival Brugge 2016. Thank you for sharing! Near clear orange with an off-white head. Nose is weird metallic grassy herbal soapy spices, anise, real excess of spices which I cannot pinpoint. Nose is heavy sweet soap, umami, anise, herbal, ginger, ginseng, coriander, fizzy, metallic,…. A real excess of spices, which I cannot pinpoint. This is like drinking a spice rack. Body is a bit watery & metallic. Very odd at first but I did get into it, gets some using too, excessive but interesting brew. Odd but interesting. Interesting excess of spices.
