2017 bottle tasted in 2025. very integrated aroma with notes of boutbon, wood, salt licorice, vanilla, roasted malts, coffee, faint charred wood, faint hard roasted malts. the beer has settled exceptionally well. there might be a very faint sort of hint of oxidation.
flavor is extremeley smooth and velvety salt licorice and wood and roasted malts and bourbon, the other notes really makes the bourbon shine, end is not super strong but there is a nice long lasting roasted malty end, that seems to go on forever.
Magus, mõru, šokolaadine, vanilje, röst, linnaseline, nats alksi. Ok.

A b8t sweet, boozy, rich and malty. Bourbon and some chocolate, smooth, a very nice vintage.

Tapphuset .
Utseende = meningslöst
Doft = jag skiter i
Ha ja ja Hur smakar drycken då?
Jo här har vi bourbon 70% och därefter choklad 🤔30% kanske . Ölen är så jävla lik The Bruery Super tuesday en av mina favorit öl .
SUPERGOD

Small sample from bottle.
Poured pitch black with a thin brown head.
Strong bourbon nose, roastedness, sweet malty, heavy and warming. Slow sipper for sure but delightful.

0.5 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', 2024 vintage at 14.7% abv. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, slightly fruity and a little umami aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, bourbon, some soy sauce and light hazelnut. Quite sweet, malty, fairly roasty, gently boozy taste of dark chocolate, mocha, roasted hazelnut, vanilla, quite some bourbon and traces of dark fruits, followed by a long, fairly roasty-bitter, gently boozy and a little harsh finish. Almost full-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good beer, but also quite overrated. Relatively unrefined and boozy, a little fizzy and not nearly as smooth as the best stouts. Nice to try, but not the revelation I was hoping for.
