A basic bitter, floral hoppy aroma with similar taste. Suprisingly hoppy/bitter finish, it makes you wait for it a bit but it’ll come.

Cask at the Castle Inn, Cambridge. Copper coloured pour with a thin bubbly white head. Malty aroma leading to a nice balanced malty bitter taste which had ever so slightly metallic notes. A classic English bitter. I like it, but many wont as they are looking for non-session beers, hence the occasional low rating.

On cask - a bit of a dull metallic beer, very thin and boring. Easily forgettable and poor for an Adnams beer.
