Bottle@1420 (Black Damnation tasting) Copenhagen - (As A2 Ashley & Trey Wedding) - black pour witb a firm tan head. Sweet dark malty with some velvety dark chocolate smoothness, dark dried fruit, lovely mouthfeel, full body, coalescing notes of peach and rum soaked wooden accents into the dark malty finish.

2012 750ml bottle at home, shared with the BEAST, 10th March 18. Pours black and viscous. Aroma is sweet, syrupy, dark chocolate, liquor, barrel. Taste is sweet, dark chocolate, some sweet rum, I do get the peach also, sweet, smooth and decadent. Nice one, my favourite is still the Black Mes.

Bottle from the first batch released as 750 ml. Big time gusher on opening, unfortunately as expected. Pours opaque black, medium creamy brown head, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is roast, hints of acetone, cocoa, vinous notes, molasses, rum. Flavor is light tart, medium sweet, medium plus bitter, roasty. Fully body, high carbonation. Much better than anticipated.
