Virtuous Strains is our first fruited gose with calamansi (Philippine lime), coriander and salt.

It's a zingy, zippy and zesty beer! A highly aromatic creation with notes of yuzu, lemon, lime and clementines and with a light touch of coriander and a gentle salinity.

[ As Alefarm Virtuous Strains ].
ABV: 4.5%. Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, candy, fruit, citrus - orange - calamansi fruit, juice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sour citrus, orange - calamansi fruit, citric, light tart. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Refreshing. [20191101]

44cl can. A slightly hazy golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of lime juice, herbs, citrus, wheat. Taste of lemon juice, lime, citrus, sessionable.

Appearance is cloudy golden, with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is lots of lime, orange, freshly squeezed citrus fruit, pine undertones. Taste- salty, lime, orange and tangerine, juicy hoppy fruit, sourness, juicy finish with a bit of tart fruit.

30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2052) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: lots and lots of oranges, bit lemony, more fresh oranges. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely oranges, tangerines, nice fruitiness, soft bitterness, lemony. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, orange peel, tangerines.

Tap @Rowdy hops, session 1. Nearly clear golden, white head. Lemon, lemn zest aroma. Lemon zest flavour, malty with light yohurt perhaps.
