750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is very light, with light melon, wheat, and very subtle funk. Flavour is pretty potent on the melon, with light funk and yeast. Extremely high carbonation, overbearingly so. Good stuff, but too many bubblies.

Crystal clear straw gold with a thin filmy head. It has an earthy  pear & melon aroma. Medium bodied with a fairly zesty mouthfeel. It has an earthy musty melon flavor. Overall the taste is tart, fruity, salty and has a healthy dose of melon in the finish.

Draft: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention. Aroma consists of funky notes with some tart notes also easily identifiable. Taste is also dominated by funky notes with some lactic notes and a tart finish. Body is about average for style with medium carbonation. I love the tart refreshing notes in this beer but I could have done with a little less funky yeasty notes.

A hazed blonde weisse with a thin off white head. In aroma, pleasant citrus pulp, lactic acid pics, fruity notes, light strawberry, nice. In mouth, a smooth refreshing lemony weisse, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2014.

Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-faible. Buvabilité grandiose.
