You hold a Wisconsin Style Honey Bock, easy going and more approachable than its traditional dark German cousin. Bock beers have existed in Wisconsin for over 150 years. This pale bock is brewed with an exclusive blend of Wisconsin two row barley that balances seamlessly with our special European hops. Naturally sweet Clover Honey was added in the kettle accenting warm flavor notes on your tongue.
Whether you reminisce the passing summer sun or thrill to squeaky steps through drifting snow one thing is certain about winter in Wisconsin - this too shall pass.

Bottle. A- Lemon, mild banana, clove, honey, wet hay. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon, banana, wheat, mild spice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- Almost like it had a small affair with a Hefeweizen and picked up some if it's flavors. I do get the clover honey too. Not bad.

Bottle: Clear gold with a thick white head. Honey, barley aroma. Taste is barley malt, honey.... Almost a little smokiness to the honey....a hint of spice...grows sweeter as it warms..... Pretty good.

12 oz. bottle thanks to queenholly. Clear gold without any head. Nose is honey and plenty of breads malts. Flavor is a direct reflection of the honey aroma. Toasted bread with honey with a medium grain body, simple and straightforward Bock. Finish is clean with a sweet honey finish. Did I mention you can find honey in this beer? I enjoyed this and could drink more then one bottle.

Milky orange cream. Nose is rustic with a clean malt profile. The honey hits in the middle and just keeps coming. It really is impressive. Maybe too sweet for me but would be great on a warm day.

Bottle. Lemon, cardboard, and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon, barley malt, and mildly astringent hay flavor. Okay body. Tastes like a mediocre lager with light bock characteristics. Re-rated on 3-25-17 - was hoping I got a bad bottle last time but I didn’t change my opinion this time - okay but just middle of the road.

A blonde bock with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet grainy and grassy malt with light talcum, mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet adjunct like bock with corn, grass, so-so. On tap at Istmus Beer and Cheese Fest, Jan 19 2012.

Bottle. Sweet malty aroma. Clear golden with a large, quickly dissipating off white head. Sweet toasty malt, honey, and a touch of hops which comes off more like spice than bitter. Really nice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear, bright golden with a white head. Pale malt aroma with apple notes, honey sweetness. Honeylike flavor as well, lightly toasted pale malts, still a little apple flavor and some earthy hop hints, I think. Seems pretty well made.

Refrigerated bottle obtained through trade from cbfobes poured into a shaker. Pours light golden with bright white 1" head. Highly carbonated, good lacing, and silky body. Taste is grainy malt and some honey. Good beer.
