(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 21 Nov 2013) Pale amber colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, mango, citrus and biscuity malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, citrus peel, biscuits and a certain citric, grassy bitterness in the finish. Rather thin body, with a light sweetness. A bit thin, but fresh and tasty. Quite nice and highly drinkable.

Howling Hops Mini Saison Fest. Almost clear gold beer, little white head. Light dry palate. A thin malt base which works for this beer. Nice hops. Light floralness, a little lemon. Trace of grass. Finishes semi dry - really good flavour for it’s abv.

Cask at the Cock Tavern, London during the Spring Saison Session. Damn solid beer. Outstanding for the ABV. Plenty of citrusy fruits mucking about, with moderte bitterness impact. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition and balance. Lightly hoppy finish with a bit of orange citrus, light sticky resins. Awesome beer. Could easily manage a few pints.
