Black with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of wooden barrels, coffee and some vanilla sense. Sweet with a warm wooden barrel and vanilla finnish. A bit oily texture.

Black, brown head quickly dissapeared. Fantastic, intensive sweet aroma of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, almonds. Taste of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, nuts with spicy ending. Full body, low-medium carbonation. Bitter is low but spicy. Very nice one.

12 oz bottle from Tavour. Nose is chocolate, roast, vanilla, and coffee. Black with a medium, lightly lacing, cinnamon tan head. Flavor is moderately sweet with a nice light pepperiness along with coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Nice

From a 355ml bottle on 8/1/2019. Pours near black with a small tan head. Smells of chocolate, coffee, cocoa and vanilla. The flavour features sweet milk chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla and dark brown sugar with some subtle warming chili at the back. The palate is silky, slick and syrupy, with soft carbonation. I had the Birthday Bomb! a little while back and really enjoyed it but this takes it up a notch from an enjoyment standpoint. Long, rich, beautifully balanced and complex. Simply an absolutely magnificent beer, and finest chili infused brew I've had to date.

355ml bottle. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aroma of cocoa, vanilla, coffee, chilli, roast. Taste is sweet, chocolatey, vanilla, warming chilli, coffee initially subtle but comes through much more as it warms, roast malts, and at 13% the alcohol is well integrated, it's dangerously easy to drink. Full body, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, sticky. An explosive way to start off 2019, what a great beer this is.

355ml bottle @ Coracle, Ironbridge. Pours pitch black, thin tan head. Aroma chucks out a fair amount of coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Smooth on the palate with confident coffee, tempered by a degree of vanilla, layered malts, didn't detect much chili, perhaps a whisp of spice. Didn't realise this was 13% at the time, certainly didn't taste it. Decent.

Last beer of the night on 27th Dec 2018, a shared 330ml bottle in The Coracle, ironbridge, Shropshire. Mean black body, no wisp for a head! How do you like your coffee? Rich and strong with alcohol and plenty of sweetener? Well your in then.
