Bottle . Pours clear blonde, no head . Smell is filthy, sweet, candy-fruityness . Almost unrecognizable to be pineapple . Taste is like a rotten lemonade . The funky aspect of the lambic still shines trough ( in a bad way, believe it or not ) and totally collides with the areficial aspects that are in this beer . The aftertaste is OK , like a sweet lambic with a fruity touch . Low carbo . The first taste when sipping is just plain discusting .

Clear pale orange beer, small white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of sweet pineapple, bit sugary, pineapple juice. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sweet, pineapple juice, bit sugary, soft sourness. Aftertaste: pineapple juice, sugary, sweet, well, it does deliver it's promise, namely being a pineapple beer... and it that way it is pretty original and actually not too repulsing.

Bottle shared. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Aroma of rotten fruit, rubber, bandaid. Flavor is heavy sweet with a little acidity. Terrible.

One of those weird sweetened lambics in this range, this one with pineapple, since 1993. Yellow colour, strange flavour combining suppressed lambic character, just a faint funkiness, with an overwhelmingly sweet and artificial, cloying pineapple juice and extract. Not for me but I do understand De Troch had to come up with something like this in order to survive.

25cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with a slight oily haze and a head that disappears quite quickly. Nose - overripe pineapple and a wood tannin edge but not huge. Taste - pineapple with dessicated coconut from the oak barrel. Palate - light to medium bodied with sweet texture and a sweet and uninteresting finish. Overall - so coconuty! Not very inspiring.

250ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold, thin, short-lived white head. Aromas of pineapple and sugar. Taste is coconut, sweet. Nope.

Bottle. A- Pineapple, citrus. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Pineapple, citrus, skunky. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, skunky finish. O- I have a hard time believing this beer could taste so bad. I think I may have had a bottle with a bad cork. I still tried to look around this. Another bottle may be in order.

Bottle. Nose is terrible artificial sweet fruit. The flavor is vile. Rotten pineapple that has been marinated in deer urine. I would say hunters could use this to cover up their scent. Of course wildlife maybe may not go anywhere near it either. Damn!!

Looks like cat piss.smells like fruit syrup and broken hearts. what in the Hell is this? Even tropicana would throw this juice out.

25 cl. Smell is artificial Pineapple, probably Mango as well. The beer starts sweet, but not as artificial as thought. Pineapple-aroma tastes like juice from a pineapple-can - so nearly natural. The main part is full-bodied, sweet sugar is present, the pineapple-aroma is even a bit sour. That it was originally a lambik is also noticeable. The aftertaste is not too long, a bit watery, fruity and not too sweet. --> not as artificial as expected 10/12/10/10
