375ml bottle. Opalescent, orangey, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Tangy and minimally vinous aroma, hints of white grapes, yellow stone fruit, a touch of nutmeg and pepper. Taste is tart, fruity, slightly tangy, cautious residual sweetness, hints of white grapes, some peach, a touch of grape sugar, dry, minimally woody, almost a bit tannic finish. Prickly carbonation, minimally oily texture.

Unclear, orange colored, small white head. Some light pale malt, wheat, strong lemony notes, fruity, some aceto and bit of funk, moderate sourness, bit bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily.

Bottle, 375 ml, shared with Max and kajser27. Cloudy orange, white head. Barnyard, bit citric, funk, quite carbonated. Moderate sourness. Dry. Medium bodied.

Bottle: Poured clear light golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light funky notes with some subtle oak note is pleasant. Taste is a good mix of light funky notes, minimal residual sugar some oak with light green apple notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not the most complex lambic but satisfying and enjoyable overall.

Aroma van paardendeken, behoorlijk aan de zure kant, melkzuur, stront, hynders, smaken bevat best wel wat co2 in de mond, matig zuur, wat zoet, redelijk droog, karnemelk, wei, stro, hooi, hout, had hem op basis van het aroma wat zuurder verwacht, verder prima

0.375 l bottle from 'Belgiuminabox.com', bottled in May 2015, about two-and-a-half years old. Clear, golden amber with a massive, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sourish, pretty funky, woody and slightly fruity aroma of hay, horseblanket, lemon, oak and some gooseberry. Moderately sour, funky, dry, quite fruity and slightly dusty taste of lemon, gooseberry, oak, horseblanket, leather and traces of tobacco, followed by a medium long, moderately tart, very dry, woody and funky finish. Medium body, quite astringent and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Another greatly balanced Geuze by Boon, very dry but not too acidic, good!

Vintage 2017. 375ml Bottle from Belgiuminabox.com. Mala piana, pecherzykowa szybko znika. Brak osadu ale mimo to lambick ten jest zamglony. Jasna oranzadowa barwa. Zapach spoconej ludzkiej skory. W smaku ozezwiajace, kwasek cytrynowy, ocet jablkowy. Wytrawne, choc moglo by byc bardziej. W strone extremy. Lubie to. Moze gdyby polezalo dluzej w mojej piwnicy tak by bylo bo mlody to lambick.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 2. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good white head. Aroma of tart fruits, yellow fruits, herbal fruits, wood. taste of sour yellow fruits, yeast, wood, long tart finish.
