Bottle. Brewed for 'weekend voor het goede doel t.v.v. CKG Kinderland Berlaar, 15 & 16 augustus 2014'. Color: Hazy orangish brown, yellowish white head. Aroma: Malt, lightly sourish. Taste: Malt, bit tart fruity apple, orange and lemon. Subtle notes of red wine, grapes, tannins. funky yeast, some caramel and candysugar. Moderate sweet and sour, very light bitterness. Refreshing. Medium body, low carbonation.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Fantôme Santé-18! ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, candy - brown sugar ish ! moderate yeasty, apple, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, funky, sweet malt, caramel, candy - brown sugar - honey sweetish ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Clear amber, microscopic head. Caramely, very fruity aroma, apples. Malty, sourish apple flavour. Light, slightly watery perhaps.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very fruity with overripe red apples and pears. Light stone fruit notes. Light toasted bread and caramel notes. Hints of a light phenolic note. This was a gusher. Pours a hazy, murky brown with auburn notes and fairly large, frothy, tan head that recedes to a thin film that lingers on the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a medium light to medium sweetness with some light caramel and toasted bread notes. Fairly fruity with spiced cider and pear notes. Light phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a better beer than I expected based on how it looks, but the fruit notes are a bit strong and overwhelming.

Very nice sourish beginning. Soft and smooth. Fresh with a nice sourish smooth farmhouse body. Caramel with hints of sour fruits. Nice.

Pours unclear, dark amber, nearly no head. Smell is sharp, bitter, sweat. taste is sharp, mildly sour, rather dry, rather bitter. OK body, very low carbo. The very subtile sourness in here , makes the beer rather interesting and drinkable.

Trübes orangebraunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist trocken fruchtig, Melone. Der Geschmack ist mild fruchtig, leicht säuerlich, dunkle Früchte.

Amber color with tan head. Aroma is grapey, light, tart. Taste is the same. Low carbonation. Not too bad. But Fantôme is always a bit of a gamble.
