Enormous thanks Matt! Colla body, off white head. Full aroma mixing big malty and berry notes with a solid tartness behind. Similar taste, good malty backbone, berries/blueberries, a very big tartness, strong funk. Nice overall.

Dark mahogany, undetermined clarity. Light tan head atop fades quickly to cover/ring.
Lactic acidity is prominent but allows plentiful, poignant berry and vinous notes in, as well. Tobacco, baker's chocolate and very light vanilla on the end, with no alcohol character and a surprising lack of any real aggressive notes. Barrel isn't overdone unlike so many other Bruery beers. No toasted oak notes, thankfully.
Quite nicely balanced in the mouth. Not too much acetic character, no big balsamic notes. Vanilla and tobacco notes provide plentiful dryness while tons of berries and moderate acidity linger on the finish. Tannic structure to the body with a malty, somewhat soft at times texture and moderate, engaging carbonation. No alcohol or raw acidity on the finish. I think the relatively low abv (for the Bruery this is like an NA beer) and restraint on the barrel really wins out here.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey / cheers to Danny. Pours clear reddish brown with a bubbly, khaki head. Plenty of vinegar in the nose, leathery berries, old wood, blackberry. Light sweet flavour with moderate woody dryness, super tartness, more berries, wood, hints of brown sugar, earth. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, a bit of balsamic vinegar, loads more tart and leathery berries. Fun.

Bottle shared at at the partizan rot box tasting. Many thanks. A dark chestnut brown coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is spicy sour cherry, marzipan, mould funk. Flavour is composed of aggressive puckering sour, lemon Citra, bitter lemon, brown citric acid. Palate is mouth watering pucker, bitter raspeberry. Moderate carbonation vanilla.
