Bottle pour at St Gambrinus, 2018 vintage. Pours hazy pale yellow. Sweet jammy white grape, floral, intense peach flesh, peach skin, funk, barnyard, pepper, biscuit, slight buttered toast, pear, apple liqueur, apricot. Medium body, could take more carbonation. Very good.

Bottle drunk at First Anniversary, 12/2/17.
Brilliant, bright, brass-golden with a small, off-white head atop. High clarity.
Vidal grapes often give a tangy, overly acidic character that I don't love, but not so here. Proper balancing malt allays any fear that this thing will be too dry/sour/tannic. Honey softens the blow from big Brett-lactic notes as mineral rich grape adds to the complexity. Resulting notes of nectarine, gooseberry, white peach and guava are all fantastically well-developed and pleasing. No alcohol or flaw.
Sweet up front, drying out slowly with quenching tartness on the finish. Grape acidity isn't overdone, yet nor is the sweetness that is present. Tight, spritzy carbonation completes the picture and this thing is just a fabulous display of grapes adding to, but not dominating, a beer's character. Soft wood and wood tannin in flavor and texture. No alcohol. Tons of interesting, unusual fruit notes, with big mineral character as well.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to drsandman. Pours clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. The nose holds tangy lemons, peach, slight sulphur, a little oak. Light sweet flavour with moderate, quenching acidity, some oaky dryness, white grape, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, with more lemon, tangerine, a little tannin, more drying oak. Excellent beer.
