Bottle at the Essen OBER Kerstbierfestival 2013. Poured a clear medium amber with no head at all. The aroma is big farmyard rich alcohol and some yeast. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a rich alcohol liqourice malt palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Bottle sample @ 18de Kerstbierfestival, Essen 2012.

Sampled at OBER Kerstbierfestival 2012. Apparently an Abbey Dubbel according to the description... Dark red-brown color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, sweetness and some coriander. Taste malts, sweet malts, caramel, slightly herbs or spices again. Ok beer.
