Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, bourbon, wood, light vanilla. Flavour is very roasty, sweet but well-balanced, more chocolate and bourbon. Very smooth and wonderfully drinkable. This White Label series is turning out GREAT.

Bottle shared with Pilsnertest. Pitch black, viscous pour, with a brown head. Deep chocolate notes with a light roast, loads of cocoa power, some oak. Fairly sweet with some vanilla. Ashy finish without overpowering the sweet chocolate. Delicious!

Bottle shared in Hackney - big thanks to Danny boyo. Pours black-brown with a small, foamy tan head. A bit of oxidation in the aroma, rich chocolate, ashy roast. Medium sweet flavour with robust ashy roast, bittersweet cocoa, some vanilla beans, hearty coffee, scorched earth. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish with notes of torched wood, more bittersweet baking cocoa, ash, coffee. Really solid.
