Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is nice peach, white wine funk, fruity. Taste is nice vineous funk, earthy, exotic fruits, jammy. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation.

Bottle. Clear golden, low carbonation and head. Dry spicy saison nose, Apple, funk. Medium light mellow dry fruity apple bubblegum, a bit umami, a hint wood. Fresh.

Bottle. Clear light gold. Delicate sour nose, slightly rubbery, but very inviting. Smooth and tart, lemon and fruity, very nice. Classic big sour flavor.

Clear golden. Aroma is gooseberries yeast funk sour fresh berries and some wood. Taste is sour fresh with some rough funky spike. Nice berry finish. Super fresh. Very nice.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Mild and mellow, woody and vinous, minimally funky aroma, hints of oak, white and blue grapes, a touch of grape sugar, floral overtones with a touch of chamomile. Taste is tart, funky, woody, vinous fruity, lactic, slightly cautious notes of lemon, lemon yoghurt, white grapes, blue grapes, some oak, light barnyard funk, a touch of grape sugar with subtle sweetness, floral whiffs of chamomile. Watery texture, soft, minimally astringent palate, fine, soft to flat, still efficacious carbonation. Very nice composition, harmonious, balanced, mild and mellow, full of subtleties, almost too subtly flavours - pretty good.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di stalla, cantina, legno, vinosa, frutta gialla, leggero citrico. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con chiusura acida medio-leggera. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima.
