Bottle from Valhalla’s Goat, Glasgow. It pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. The nose is earthy, barnyard, dough, floral and touch of funk. The taste is bitter-sweet, doughy, tart fruity aspect, elderflower, candied citrus and spice with a crisp, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. The introduction of elderflower really elevates it beyond the base beer. Nice.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is fresh crisp yeast and "elderflower". The flavour is moderate to weak sour, moderate citrus sweet with a slightly bubbly veggie citrus yeast palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. A super saison. I really enjoyed this.

Bottle shared thanks to Jmgreenuk. Pours hazy dark golden with a big off white head. Aroma of elderflower, peppery saison yeast. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Citrus coming out as well in the palate. Medium bodied with carbonation that’s a little too high and prickly.

500ml bottle. Clear reddish dark golden to amber colour, a great deal of sparkling is going on, huge frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Unspecific fruity aroma, hints of blood orange, orange zest. Taste is minimally tart, minimally sweet, unspecific fruity, maybe hints of orange, maybe hints of the elderflower, dry hoppy overtones throughout and dominant in the finish; lively to fizzy carbonation.

Craft islington. Keg. Very hazy amber beer, tidy off white head. Light and crispy palate. Tangy saison yeast. Sweet bubblegum, short lived. Good generic tinned tropical fruits. A little sherbet adds great zing here. Light fresh orange underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with a trace of lemon.

Keg at CBC Islington - London. Pours lightly hazy amber with a fine, creamy white head. Nose has some funky and lightly leathery berries. Light to medium sweet flavor, some further leathery fruits, bit of brown bread, light tang and yeast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Some bready malts to finish, further leathery fruits, nice estery fruits, some mellow spices, doughy bread. Very nice beer.
