Bottle, 2021. Bottled 16th of November 2021. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Funk, tart, fruity. Taste: Over moderate tart and light bitterness. Rural funk, fruity rhubarb. Earthy, floral, some minerals. Old hop, oak wood. Dry mouthfeel. Below average carbonation. Nice one.

Old rating from notes. Standard Cantillon aromas of horseblanket in the nose. the rhubarb is not particilarly noticeable but may contribute to the tartness. Yeast, dry and more barnyard in the finish.

0,2l from tap at Hoppy Pub Thessaloniki. yellow clear color, small white head. smells lightly funky, earthy, tobacco, herbal. Nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes funky, earthy, tobacco, herbal, citric. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, grassy and earthy notes. Very nice one, lovely balance, super smooth
