A fluffy, well laced white head on a straw body. Nose is bright and punchy, featuring sour fruit, wild yeast funk and sweet malt. The tart sourness leads the taste, with wild yeast, citrus, melons, grapes and a touch of pepper adding to the blend. The fruit keeps stepping forward as the mid range carbonation fades. A nice slick mouth feel at the finish. Nice interplay of tastes.

The brett imparts a strong tropical Aroma, loads of mango and papaya with some solid pineapple. Hints of funk, lots of earthy barrel and really nice vinous white wine, and acidic notes. Incredibly complex, great mouth feel, soft carb finish is lightly bitter, earthy barrel all the way to the end, hints of white wine, very acidic with some strong funk and more tropical fruit. Great stuff!
Thnx MartinT, peaches, white wine, sourish, funky, woody, mellow, nice

Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy blond color. Quite strong Brett, funky aroma, with white wine notes, hints of vanilla. Well carbonated, quite dry, with strong vinous character, tannins, woody astringency, mild acidity.
Very good.

Quite pale. The aroma really jumps out nicely, with brett, lots of sweet pale malts, and a nice floral note as well. Fresh-tasting, lively. Sweet pale malts, big brett character and then closes out with a robust woody finish. Really nice - well-balanced and every element is hitting.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma has various gentle wild yeasts and light chardonnay. Flavour has a very lovely brett character, with gentle chardonnay. Not the most complex out there, but the wild yeast really do nice things here. Very good.
