Bottled (October 26, 2022), enormous thanks Zhenya for sharing! Hazy yellow body, white head. Cloves dominate the fresh, if phenolic aroma, grapes and barrel in evidence. Lean, dry, tart taste, white wine, juicy even herbal hops, yeasty notes, bit bretty or funky in general, lightly tart. To be rerated of course, it showed promise of its likely usual greatness.

Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of lemony fruits, funk, grapes. Taste of tart grapes, apples, funk, white peach.

On tap @Grand Delancy. Frothy, fast dropping, hazy, dull orange tulip pour. Floral, earthy, baby powder, twangy but clean fruit nose. Sweet, sour & floral bitter. Punchy white grapefruit pith, lime sour, bitter strawberry, sweet cider vinegar, lemon juice acidity, very minerally, a touch soapy, chalky & frothy finish. A fine beer.

Shared bottle at Hrncovar fest. Hoppy and spicy yeasty aroma and taste, citrus fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy and spicy bitter finish. Perfectly ballanced, good.
