Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a dirty white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with some Brett with light funky notes is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of Brett notes with some funky barnyard notes with some tart notes. Body is somewhat full with good amount of carbonation. Enjoyable but I was expecting more notes of gin/juniper.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light Brett, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at GRMs dark Lord tasting, Oct 2018.

Corked bottle from the brewery
Cloudy blond colour. The gin has a strong presence in the aroma, celery, mild lemony acidity too. Good body structure, mild acidity, some citrus, some gin, vinous.
Good, but the elements don't come together too well.

Bottle - Lemon peel, salt and light gin aromatics. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funk, touch of gin botanicals and a little saline notes. Neat.

Hazy, On the nose this has a nice fruitiness, like black currants, definitely some brett, some wood. On the palate, it's a bit tart, sort of yeasty, and then there's a mellow fruity note. I like the tartness; it's nicely balanced. I like it, but it's definitely a bit dirty.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with light head. Aromas of floral gin, creamy brett, dull fruit, and wet malts. Flavors of tart peach skin, earthy brett, light floral gin, salt and toasted malts. Pretty much as described - and very nice, though more Gose than Saison. Gin does not overcome.
