Bottle@yesprs - Light coloured golden pour with almost no head. Tart fruity with some pleasing citrus fruity notes of lemon and nectarine, some grape notes coming in, medium body and carbonation, wooden accents from the barrel chiming in, touch of vanilla into the finish. Lovely.

Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with sweet fruits. Excellent.

Aroma of funk, peach, citrus, grapes.
Tastes of peach, grapes, citrus, subtle smooth sweetness from the vanilla.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, medium sour, fruity, with peach, grapes, citrus, subtle vanilla.
Tasty. Really diverse, the nose is quite funky, while the Taste is quite fruity and there's a lovely, subtle sweetness from the vanilla throughout. Drinks very easy for the ABV. Lovely stuff as always from Almanac.

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy golden, medium fizzy white head, dissipates quickly leaving some residual and lacing. Aroma is tart, lactic, stone fruit, vanilla. Flavor is light tart, hints of residual sweetness, lots of stone fruit and vanilla, not a lot of grape or oak going on. Minimal funk. Clean and pleasant. Medium body, prickly mouthfeel. Kind of a silent killer at 8.8%

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart stone fruits, light vanilla and oak. Flavour is very complex, with lots of dry oak, followed by lightly tart stone fruits, some vanilla and very low acidity and acetic notes. Complex and wonderfully balanced. Excellent.
