A translucent amber body. Delicate, pure white head with top to bottom lacing. A very appealing nose features sweet malt, sourness, mixed fruit, and a hint of rye spice and cooked vegetables. An pretty saison with spice up front including lavender, rosemary and corriander. There is an almost Brett like vegital funkiness to it and some rindy citrus fruit and straw. Very smooth but not too sweet. Fuzzy effervescence helps keep it dry.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Perfumy aroma, the flavor is reasonably spicy, although it has some vegetable bitterness.
Not bad.

Hazy blonde without much head. On the nose, there's definitely some brett, even that horseblanket stuff. Smells pretty good, actually. A touch of tartness, definitely some brett, and some dusty stuff. There's some sticky malts underneath, and coriander notes. It comes across okay.

600ml bottle at Brian's office. Pours a hazy vl9nde with a white head. Aroma is very funky. Similar taste with cardboard notes. Not good.

600mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out farmhouse yeast, some light tartness and brett. Flavour is a bit oxidized, with cardboard, light farmhouse yeast, and light tartness. Nose is better than the flavour, which has totally fallen off. Not too good.

A blonde Barley Wine with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with loads of vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, grassy floral hops, fruity esters, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, treacle, light butterscotch, cloves, light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.

On tap at Boswell’s. Bright gold with a fruity somewhat wild aroma. Sweet tarts, wheat, dry, candy and fruits on a light vibrant body makes for a tasty brew.

Thanks to AleRider78 for bringing this back from the brewery for me. Pours a hazy bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, kind of creamy leaving some good lacing. Malty nose with some lemon and herbal notes from the Brett. Creamy and thicker mouthfeel with some nice dryness in the finish. More herbal notes in the taste giving some nice bitterness, soften by the malts and yeast. A different style Saison brew (because of mostly Ontario ingredients), but nonetheless a great beer overall. Congrats on the 10 years and batch 5000 !
