Blonde pour, medium white head. Roasty Aroma, lots of nice coffee notes, pale malts, light grass. Low to medium bitterness, more coffee and light nutty roast. Very interesting take on the style.... But can we really call this a stout?

Bottle from the LCBO. Crystal clear medium gold with a small white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose is coffee, grains, light chocolate, some yeast and cream. Light+ sweet front moving to a light+ coffee and chocolate bitterness in the middle with the sweetness returning in the finish. Mouth is medium- and creamy with soft carbonation. Looks like a blonde ale. Smells and tastes like a milk stout. Makes my head hurt. 7/3/6+/3+/13

650 ml stout. Pours a clear light amber with little head. Aromas of old coffee grounds, grass, and toasted malts. Flavors of same. A coffee blonde.

Pours a clean rich golden colour with an off-white head, decent stay and some light foamy lace. Grainy cereal malt nose, but not feeling the stoutness of things. Hints of sourness with some sweetness. The coffee is felt in the taste though at first with some light roasted malts. Good refreshing summer blonde malts. A nice blonde ale with some very mild stout notes to it.

Bottle - Roasty and grains. Clear pale gold with a small white head. Grains and some dark notes with a hint of roast. A very light interpretation of the style.

Draft: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium foamy head. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some light cereal notes is enticing. Taste is a nice mix of floral coffee notes with some light cereal notes and light veggie notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not the most complex beer but well brewed with nice refreshing floral coffee notes.
