Wag the Wolf is a hazy white I.P.A. that packs bright and citrusy organic hops into every sip. Brewed with a substantial ratio of organic wheat to barley malts, its aromas of lemon and grapefruit lead into a finish that is lively and refreshingly hoppy.

A beautiful looking beer - fluffy, dense and well laced white head on an iridescent straw body. The nose features spice, citrus fruit and milled wheat. Tasty and fresh. Citrus hops along with melon and mango. A touch of Belgian yeast, spice and wheat lightness add to the profile. A nice clean dry hop finish.

Hazy golden pour, big, thick, white head. Straight up german hefe nose, bananas, cloves, and grassy wheat, and some solid piney hops. The hefe similarities end at the look and aroma. Flavour is green, bitter hops. Pine resins mixed with malted wheat. Medium to high bitter finish.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/15/21). Slightly hazy blonde with full white head. Wheat, pepper, and lemon with a touch of banana, a bit of citrus peel with some dry grassy floral hops, some lingering carbonation on the tongue.

473ml can. (5.0% ABV) Pours a slightly hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of estery yeast, wheat malt, lemon, banana, clove and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, yeast, lemon, banana, spicy clove, floral and a hint of bubble gum in a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Medium lacing. Scents include alcohol, spice, light nail polish remover and perfume. First swig was watery but flavourful. Quite flat, with flavours of black olives, light wiener water and spices. Finish is light, with flavours of alcohol and clove flavours lingering.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver, 6% ABV
Cloudy dull golden color. The aroma is nice, bread and a hint of mandarin and orange jam. Strong cereals flavor, bread, strong bitterness, some juicy fruity character upfront and bolder bitterness later.
Weird but good.

On tap at St. Augs. Cloudy, no head, and a light tannish sort of colour. On the nose, big bright fruity hops, lots of them, bringing a range of citrus, petrichor, and rambutan. Quite bitter - a wheat in name only; it's really an IPA. The hops are big and bright. The malt base is decent, unobtrusive, staying out of the hops' way though not actually make the beer better. Off-dry finish with grapefruit rind, and bright tropical fruit notes. Quality.

Has a nice strong hops aroma. Good foamy head in the glass, and a nice foggy orange body. Flavour is good hop notes with some fruit. Medium on the mouth. Decent enough, well made, adequately executed.

Tap at Beau’s. Cloudy gold filmy head. Tangy wheat and spice aroma. Nice clove flavor with dashes of wheat and honey. The finish gives me fresh lime and citrus hop notes as well. A well-made brew.
