Originally rated August 2005. Cameron brews come in a square 9-pack case. This one pours a beautiful amber colour with a small head. Not much carbonation, gives this beer a flat mouthfeel. The lacing left is not bad. The nose is a mix of roasted and caramel malts, with the touch of fruit parfum. Slight metallic taste at first bite. Then it dissapears. What is left is a smooth caramel mouth. Mild bitterness found in there. One of my favorite of their three brews and always good to have from time to time.

Washed out amber with a thin white lacing head. Good carbonation. Very pleasant pungeant british hops with caramel notes. In mouth, crisp sweet malt with nice hops and pinhous, light citrusy notes. A nice session ale.

This beer pours a rocky, next to nothing head...off white. It was gone before I even took a sip. Nuts, malt, earth and dough were the scents to this one. A little caramel too. Initial sip had a slight watery taste to it. Strong malt / nut taste and a little yeast were the only tastes I could find. Malt sugary finish.

Light english hop notes. Low bitterness, low amber maltiness. Typical of Ontario pales.
