(Tap) clear, pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of sourness, bit of jam; sour flavour with a long, strong sour finish. very nice, none of the typical wimpiness of a North American Berliner Weisse.

Very hazy golden and straw coloured body with a large, four centimetre tall pure white soapy head. Aroma of soured funk, lemons, wheat, coriander seed, sour candy and a lot of yeast - very nice and fresh. Light-bodied; Super soured flavour at first of citrus, coriander seed, curacao, yeast, lemons and more sour notes - very nice and super light/fresh flavoured. Aftertaste shows a great sour and fruity kick with the lemons by far the strongest, along with some yeast funk, a bit of grass and a very easy-drinking beer. Overall, a very nice berliner weiss, similar to the ones that you’d find in Berlin (minus the syrups), but this is a great option, in a can, nonetheless! I sampled this 473 mL (pint?) can purchased from the LCBO on Spadina @ King Street in Downtown, Toronto, Ontario, Canada on 08-August-2016 for CA$3,25 sampled at my hotel in Pape’ete, French Polynesia on 18-August-2016 after lugging this thing literally halfway around the world, but a great drink in the heat of the South Pacific (even in wintertime!).

Can from the LCBO. Hazy pale yellow with a tiny white head that fades quickly to a ring. Nose is light fruit and wheat with a touch of funk, Flavour is much more robust than the nose with a medium+ lemony tartness and a touch of spice. Mouth is thin but chewy with soft carbonation . Nicely refreshing. 7+/3/8/3+/15

Sampled at Brother’s Beer Bistro. Pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a white head and light lace. Beautiful nose with perfume, flower notes, spices, sour hints and yeast. Sour taste starts, goes down gradually to show light grain in the finish and yeast in the aftertaste. Mild tarty mouthfeel, light dryness. Quite a pleasant light sour ale with lots going on, and good grain.

A lightly hazed blonde Weisse with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, lemon juice, lactic acid, mineral notes, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity raspberry jam with light acidity, light buttery notes, grapeskin notes, lactic acid, light and refreshing. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
