black pour, with a small beige head. vanilla aroma, with a good amount of roasted malt, coffee, and some light cocoa. the mouth feel is a little thin, and the carb a tab low. The finish is quite roasty, the vanilla just fades to a slight sweetness, with there is a tad bit of hops.

Bottle - Light roast and vanilla. Jet brown and a light brown head. Tons of vanilla and roast with some chocolate notes. A little overboard on the vanilla.

Part of "The Best of Beau’s 2013" 4-pack at the LCBO. Pours a dark brown colour with a creamy beige head, good retention and some decent lacing. Soft vanilla notes over the chocolate and roasted malts. The same for the taste, watered-down hints of coffee. Cocoa flavours with the vanilla smoothing down things. An alright Pro-Am brew, but like others, pretty mild overall.

600 ml bottle form the LCBO. Pours a very deep reddish brown with a generous dark beige head that quickly disappears. Nose is strongly vanilla with coffee and chocolate notes. Vanilla is dominant in the sweet malty start but fades quickly into a relatively dry and slight;y bitter finish. Body is quite thin and watery with soft carbonation. Definitely a sipper.

Bottle: Poured a dark color porter with a medium size light brown foamy head with medium retention and light lacing. Aroma of vanilla is quite important with some dry roasted malt notes. Taste is a good mix between some light dry roasted malt notes with some vanilla notes that are quite intense. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation. Interesting but nothing extremely special at the end of the day.

Much better than the Mill St. Vanilla porter I just had. Has a decent integrated armoa of vanilla at least. Carbonation is high. Pours dark brown with light lacing. Aroma has nut, vanilla, cacao. High carbonation gets in the way of aftertaste, but it still leaves off bitter. On tap at Bar Hop.
