growler from the brewery. Nice bright golden pour, with a small white head. Aroma is quite grainy, with lots of corn, and some sweet malt. Flavour is again quite grainy, with some big corn notes, with a touch of hops in the end. A good session ale.

Draught at C’est What, Toronto
Light amber color, clean. Light aroma of paper, corn, malt, cereals. Crispy mouthfeel, but the flavor has accents of cereals and hay, a bit strange; ordinary bitterness.
Simple beer, but not too bad.

Purchased a 6-pack of this at the LCBO. Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a tad of amber. Average size white cap that disappears quickly but leave a creamy top and lacing around the glass. Grainy nose with some bread notes. Slightly crisp, slightly watery mouthfeel and medium-bodied. Cereal malt taste with hints of caramel in the finish. Not much hops found, but this is what makes this "stock ale" refreshing and a great session brew.

This ale poured a light yellow colour with a white head that doesn’t last very long. First sniff came up with pineapple, sweet malt and a little apple juice. First taste was pretty smooth and had a nice round mouthfeel. A little watery but still good. You can taste the pineapple just a little. Slightly floral and hoppy but not too overbearing. Palate is slightly bitter.

Light golden colour with a smallish white head. Aroma of american hops, but very light-with not too much else. Light-bodied; mild maltiness with some citrus hops and some cardboard flavours intertwined. Aftertaste is mild and not showing much either. Overall, a decent beer, but really nothing special. I had this on draught at a small pub in Toronto, Ontario with Jon (JONR888710) on 09-April-2004.

very light hops to the nose, very thin in the mouth with some hops, a little malt...may be a good lawnmower, but not much more...

Light amber colour; lightly malty accent; lots of Fuggles; fairly light interpretation of the style.
