Corked and caged 750ml. Hazy golden pour, huge, pillowy head. Nice wheat, grassy aroma. Lots of lemon, lemon zest, touches of funk. A spectacular to style saison aroma, a subtle pepper/spiciness, with a gorgeous medium bitter finihs, with loads of cereals, touches of funk, and some grassy hops.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy golden color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that towered over the glass, lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was musty and yeasty with citrus, perfume and Sweettart candies. The flavor was musty and earthy with perfume, Sweettart candies and faint golden fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body but overcarbonated.

This Saison poured a slightly cloudy, dark yellow colour with the biggest, bright white head I’ve seen in a long time. Scents include allspice, cider, very light vinegar and ripe fruit. First swig was very carbonated with flavours of spice and yeast most prodominant. Finish was sharp with a little bitter hop flavour and yeast flavours lingeriung.

Bottle - Banana, tropical fruit, grass and citrus. Hazy gold with a rich white head. Stone fruit, yeast with some light peppery notes in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy beige color male with a nice huge white foamy head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma consists of light rustic flavours with some light yeasty and bready notes. Taste is dominated by quite a peppery yeasty punch with some rustic malt flavours with light hay notes. Body is full with great bottle conditioning and some strong carbonation. Very enjoyable and easily drinkable with nice spicy and peppery notes.

Single bottle from the LCBO, brown, wine-looking with a cork, cage and nice flag label around neck. Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, lots of retention and foamy lacing. Beautiful nose of Belgian Ale yeast, spices, oranges, wheat, apples and mild grass. Crisp refreshing mouthfeel with just a tad of dryness. Wheat taste with some peach notes and the grass counter-balancing. Quite a nice saison and my first from this brewery. Really hoping we can try some more from them.

A hazed golden saison with a super thick frothy white head. In aroma, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, fruity esters, citrusy, coriander notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with curacao, coriander, cream cream and bananas, silky, very nice. Bottle from LCBO.

Decent saison. Good head and lacing. Pours golden clear. Some banana on initial smell - I thought it was bubblegum but the guy at the bar corrected me at the Rhino winterfest and hes right about the banana. Carbonation a little above average. A light note of florals as well. On tap.
