Murky OJ with ring that sheets. Tropical fruits, a little mango, pine, resin that lingers into bitter, all over a thick sweet malt base. Decent.

Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop, Breda, Netherlands and consumed at home Sunday 1st August 2021 listening to Snapped Ankles - Forest of Your Problems. Pours gold light haze with a white head, steady bitterness, dry, plenty of piney and resinous action, some sweet orange and a sweet malty undercurrent. Good but perhaps not quite as good as was hoping.

Indie Alehouse Cockpuncher IPA 11% Glowing brassy gold with a thick off-white head of foam. Fruity up front then dank and citrusy. Full bodied with a semi-dry finish. The taste is rich and full, this is solid but does indeed pack a punch.

Bottle: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of soapy hops with floral citrus noes is pretty enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by soapy hops with nice floral undertones and light perfume notes with light residual sugar notes also noticeable. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoyed the soapy and hops perfume of this beer.

Draft - Caramel sweetness and orange, grapefruit hops. Hazy gold with a rich white head. Sweet candy floss hops and a rich caramel background. Light booze and a long finish.

(On tap at the brewpub, Mar 8 2014) Pours a cloudy dark gold, no head because it was frothing out of the tap and thus settled in a pitcher before making it to the glass. Aroma is pine heavy and resinous, some grapefruit pith and lightly bready and sweet malt in behind. Flavour hits with hops at first, punchy and resinous with some pine and citrus rind. Big sweet malt body, a little bready and some caramel. Hops provide a decent bitter punch and help dry it out on the finish as does noticeable alcohol but some malt sweetness persists. Mouthfeel fairly full, carb almost non-existent after frothing away. A good DIPA, one of the most pine-forward hoppy beers I’ve had in a while and with a pretty big malt presence too. I tend to prefer fruity hop bombs but this is well done.

On tap at Bar Volo, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, resinous notes, and caramel malt. Flavour is super piney and resinous in the hop department, with a nice balance of dry caramel biscuity malt.

One of the best Ive had from brewery. Pours orange with great lacing. The latter seems to be the brewery’s trademark. Smells like tangerine. Tastes has heavy bitterness. Medium carbonation. On tap at brewpub.
