Hot on the heels of the beer we made in Sweden comes our return collaboration with Hazy IPA masters Stigbergets of Gothenburg. Our friend, Stigbergets lead brewer (and Huddersfield ex-pat) Oli joined us for another juicy and hazy brew. In addition to our house malt the beer uses lots of Oats for a soft mouthfeel and some Rye to add body. The hopping features a combination of CTZ, Simcoe, Mosaic and Vic Secret for layers of fruit goodness, and the London Fog yeast gives a slightly sweet finish and ‘pop’ like drinkability.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth and nicely sweet malts. Good tropical fruits, sweetish and with a nice spicy edge. Tangerine led citrus on the back end. Very nice, fruity and slightly sweet but with a nice offsetting spicy edge..

500ml can. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of sweet, jammy, candied fruits, orange, pineapple. Taste follows suit, sweet and jammy, candied fruits, pineapple, malts, orange peel, lingering bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Good but the first collab at Stigbergets' place was even better.

Can picked up from Beer Gonzo online shop, Earlsdon, Coventry and consumed at home Friday 28th December 2018 whilst cooking Home Style Lamb Curry and also a Mushroom and Pea Korma. Pours hazy gold with a white head. The aroma is in the realms of sweet shop, very confectionery, I guess it's a little artificial fruit. Juicy but with a tiny little bit of hop burn. Excellent.
