Was surprise to find this one at the LCBO before seeing it in any Quebec store. Always nice to see a new Éphémère flavour, but noticed the taste of all Unibroue seems to become milder and milder with time. This one pours a slightly cloudy amber colour with a light pink hue found also in the white bubbly head. Decent retention with a little lace, but goes down quickly. Sour cherry aromas with a little sweetness and lots of yeast. The typical Unibroue yeast is also the strongest in the taste. Again, the cherries are way too mild. Still good, but really wish they could up the flavour strength.

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color ale with a medium foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of fake cherry with syrup notes and light sweet malt notes. Taste is mostly dominated by fake cherry notes with some overly sweet notes with weird malty notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Overly sweet and too much fake fruity notes to be really enjoyable.

Sampled on draft at the Headkeeper this beer poured a cloudy pinkish-orange color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was strong sweet and tart cherry and berry with undertones of yeast and cracker. The flavor was tart, tangy and somewhat sweet artificial cherry and berry. Long tangy and sweet artificial cherry and berry finish. Medium body. Decent.

Draft at Beer Run. Pours a hazy orange-pink color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of cherries, citrus, wheat. The taste is cherries, citrus, wheat and unfortunately the cherries take on a medicinal quality. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

On tap at Fraser’s Pub in Ann Arbor. Pours a hazy orange amber with a white head. Cherry and strawberry aromas with clove. Red cherry in the flavor mixes with cloves and nutmeg, and again some strawberry or raspberry. Light palate but quite a good matching of flavors.

750 ml bottle. Pours a pink/brown with full white head. Aromas of sweet cherry candy. Very sweet. Overly sweet. Dusty dry cherry flavor like overly chewed gum. A miss unless one really likes light coolers.

Draft - Cherry, strawberry and a bit of soap. Cloudy pink/orange with a thin white head. Light cherry, little sweetness and no bitterness. Effervescent and easy drinking but a bit bland. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I actually don’t mind this. Tastes pretty decent for style. Pours cloudy orange without much head or lacing. Light cherry aroma with that on Lees unibroue characteristic taste. Finish is light as well as palate. On tap at Rhino.
